Neutek Labs is a small award-winning electronics manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ since 1998. We design and manufacture products as seen in Ace Hardware, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, Amazon, QVC, and even NASCAR and Shark Tank. Our company is currently going through some amazing growth and expansion opportunities. We are hiring all levels, Experienced or No Experience including an experienced Lead Position. Apprentices, Interns, CTE, and Co-Op students are also welcome.
WHAT? Full-time, Small Parts Assembly (wiring, soldering, gluing, packaging, limited machines)
WHY? A small private company, winning attitudes, daily work variety. Creativity culture. Individual training attention is given by the Founder/Owner
WHEN? Start immediately, all shifts (6a - 6p, Mo - Sa)
WHERE? Downtown Mesa, Easy central access: Bus, Rail, L202, L101, US60, SR87
ABOUT? Clean modern facility. Less than 10 total staff. Founded by ex-Intel Corp employees. Established in 1998. Stable, NO layoffs.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
+ Related Work Experience - 2 years of manufacturing (minimum) in the past 5 years is preferred
+ Great attention to Detail / Process / Quality
+ Mechanically inclined, Arts, Crafts, Sewing, Kitting, Musicians, Cake Decorators
+ Fine motor skills (e.g. cell phone repair, video games, musical instruments)
+ Previous hand-assembly experience, small parts preferred
+ Must be able to sit for 4 hrs a day
+ Must be able to stand for 4 hrs a day
+ Must be able to lift 30 lbs
+ Work well with others
+ Clear communication and helping others (your team and management)
+ Ability to repeat trained steps from examples or drawings
+ Ability to take notes and follow "copy exactly" practices, self-starter
+ Hand-eye coordination skills, shop math, documentation fill-in
+ Cable-wire assembly, hand-solder, hand tools, Quality Control (QC) inspection
+ Neatness and tidiness (your workspace, our facility)
+ Basic math skills are a must
