We have a rare one-of-a-kind lead assembler and several general assembler positions to fill in a clean modern family-oriented small-scale manufacturing facility. A/C cooled, clean and modern. Est. 1998. We never lay off. Never the same gig every day. Lots of variety.

If you enjoyed LEGO as a child, or was a worker that carried the weight of your team, everyone looked up to, or simply enjoys the gratification of getting the job done and knows what it means to hustle to make a deadline we really need to hear from you!

WHO - Experienced Production Line Assemblers for small simple electrical-mechanical items in a lead role in the last 7 yrs. Will train less experienced. Starting pay is then Depending on Experience (DOE) and skills assessment. Lead and take charge of our small-scale production floor. Very organized, disciplined, communicates well, basic shop math, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, hand-tools knowledge and comfortable with repeating eye-hand coordination. Quality conscious, pride in meeting goals, understands time management, fits in teaching moments to help team win as job #1. If you only want to press buttons, sorry this job won't be for you.

OTHERS - Fast food workers, repairpersons, hobby builders, crafters, sewing/quilting, bakery, food preparation, manufacturing workers, assembly line workers. Anyone who enjoys making hand-built items with attention to detail. Cleaning and organizers are also welcome. It all comes down to visiting us and giving our skills test a try. Like many others before you, you may have untapped potential waiting for us to help develop into something very special. Earn up to $27./hr as demonstrable during your interview. Let us show you how.

HOURS - M-F 6:00a - 2:30p (maybe also O/T)

PAY - $19.00/ hour (40hrs weekly) DOE
