WHO - Experienced Production Leads for small electrical-mechanical items in a lead role in the last 7 yrs. Lead and take charge of our small-scale production floor. Very organized, disciplined, communicates well, shop math, hand tools, and comfortable with repeating eye-hand coordination. Quality conscious, pride in meeting goals, understands time management, fits in teaching moments to help the team win as job #1
OTHERS - Fast food workers, repairpersons, hobby builders, crafters, sewing / quilting, bakery, food preparation, manufacturing workers, and assembly line workers.
