COVID-19 Response

We continue to manufacture and ship from our Arizona distribution center on a reduced limited basis, including to areas under shelter-in-place orders. Our customer service team is ready and available Mon - Thur 7:00a - 2:00p PST to answer questions and take orders. Due to some resources and services now being remote, please be patient for any delayed responses.
Since we support utilities, critical infrastructure, government agencies, and manufacturers, we are an essential business and are not subject to shelter-in-place orders. We will remain open throughout these uncertain times to support our customers.

As this unprecedented health challenge continues to unfold, we have made a few changes:
- To follow social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we have reduced and re-layed out our manufacturing operations. All orders now ship directly to customers via our carriers.
- Our manufacturing and distribution facility is cleaned and disinfected daily using methods and cleaning solutions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
- For items that are in high demand due to COVID-19, we prioritize orders related to healthcare providers directly affected by COVID-19 and offer reduced quantities or longer fulfillment times to others when available.

We will continue to adapt our operations as new COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) guidance is shared from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other government agencies.
